Dr. Jennifer White brings to Ashley|Rountree more than a decade of development experience and a lifelong desire to serve the community through her work with nonprofits. With a background in donor relations, stewardship, grant administration, and grant writing, she supports organizations by focusing on sustainability and growth. Jennifer’s dedication and desire to help organizations generate resources has resulted in more than $4 million in grant awards.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in English from SUNY Potsdam and earned both an M.A. in English and Ph.D. in Humanities from the University of Louisville. In her spare time, she mentors first-year college students and volunteers at a nonprofit dedicated to caring for the community cat population.

Jennifer and her husband Jason, a 29-year, active-duty military retiree, are conquering long-distance, multi-day walks across Europe and the UK and have logged nearly 350 miles on foot in their first three adventures. She brings her energy and positivity for life to her relationships with nonprofits and the community she serves.
