Jen DeLeeuw
Consultant
Jen DeLeeuw has served as a dedicated volunteer and trusted proposal consultant to Louisville nonprofits for several years. She brings more than a decade of project management and proposal development experience from the for-profit sector, where she contributed to and led large proposals to Fortune 500 companies, labor unions, and local, state, and federal government entities. Jen uses her curiosity and creativity to develop compelling narratives while applying her strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that applications are complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
A lifelong amateur naturalist, Jen also works on forest restoration at Louisville Nature Center and volunteers as a Park Steward with Olmsted Parks Conservancy. She enjoys learning from and collaborating with subject matter experts when writing grants and when working in the field.
Jen holds a B.A. in Classical Studies from Centre College and an MBA from Indiana University Southeast. She resides and gardens in Louisville with her wife Salena and their two feathered kids, Willie the African grey parrot and Vlad the cockatiel.
