Lisa Johnson is an internationally experienced HR professional skilled in small to medium team facilitation, keynote speaking and leadership development coaching.  Her training style and insights have been successfully applied in organizations and settings of various sizes and cultures. She enjoys helping busy organizations with HR related needs and people leadership.  She believes that bringing humanity and consistency to the daily interactions is key to personal growth and organizational productivity.   She is a TEDx Speaker and an author. In her contribution to the anthology, Imagination@Work, she provides tools and insights for managers to help them lead with confidence and communicate with clarity. 

Lisa possesses a BBA in Personnel/Industrial Relations from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Lewis University where she is an adjunct instructor.  Lisa is a Past President of the Louisville Society for Human Resources Management. She serves on the Boards of Catholic Charities of Louisville, Town and Country Bank and Trust Company in Bardstown and the Bardstown Foundation for Excellence in Public Education.
