Peyton Greenberg

Consultant

Peyton Greenberg has almost a decade of experience in strategic road-mapping, systems design, and project management for nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations, helping clients move from vision to execution by building the infrastructure, frameworks, and accountability systems that create lasting impact.

Peyton has led complex initiatives spanning community engagement, enterprise sustainability, legislative advocacy, and organizational development. At IMA Financial Group, she launched an inaugural sustainability program from concept to execution, developing frameworks with KPIs tied to international standards, avoiding $500K in annual state penalty exposure, and training 3,000 clients on mission-driven work, positioning the organization as a national model in its field. In her work with the Jewish Community of Louisville, she developed a data-driven community engagement strategy to reach and track those on the fringes of the community, managed a year-long civil discourse program that trained more than 100 participants, and built a statewide interfaith coalition of more than 10  organizations working to secure $8 million in state funding for nonprofit security and hate crime legislation. Earlier in her career, she served as a Management Specialist with the U.S. Department of Defense, where she led public-facing programs, advised senior military leadership on infrastructure modernization, and built operational accountability frameworks.

She holds a Master of Arts in International Security with a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of Global & Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Communications from Northwestern University. Peyton is a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Certified Sustainability Professional.
