Sarah Williams joined WittKieffer in 2012 and brings over a decade of experience in executive search and talent acquisition. She specializes in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates through strategic sourcing methods including leveraging social media platforms and professional networks. Sarah collaborates closely with consulting teams to align sourcing strategies with client needs ensuring the development of strong, targeted talent pipelines.

Sarah has successfully partnered with a diverse range of clients including large healthcare systems, academic medical centers, critical access hospitals, universities, and colleges. Her expertise spans leadership recruitment across key functional areas such as nursing, human resources, finance and accounting, and education.

She holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BBA from the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Sarah held development roles in the nonprofit sector supporting organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana. She began her career in the banking industry focusing on operations management.

Sarah resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband and is the proud parent of three adult children.
