Shane Stuber

Shane Stuber, a native of London, Kentucky, has been serving area nonprofits and healthcare companies for more than 24 years. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Team Member Services for Synchrony Health Services where he led the human resource function for 3,200 employees across 17 states. 

Prior to that role, Shane spent nearly seven years with Trilogy Health Services as an Assistant Vice President, running the day-to-day operations of the Trilogy Foundation and workforce development teams.

Shane served in executive and development roles with nonprofits for 15 years, including Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Hosparus, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Frazier History Museum.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Georgetown College, where he minored in marketing and political science. He is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Louisville’s Ignite Louisville program, 2011 Business First Forty Under 40 honoree, 2018-19 class member of Leadership Louisville, and was named to the 2019 Business First 20 People to Know in Healthcare list.
