Lauren Libert

Consultant

With more than 18 years in the corporate healthcare industry, Lauren is now leveraging her skills to serve the nonprofit community. Her most recent roles include an executive-level position in home-care innovation, where her focus was to build strategies and care delivery models that improve health outcomes, reduce total cost of care, strengthen member and patient experience, and increase operational efficiency. Additionally, as chief of staff for a service operations organization with a $1 billion administrative budget and 15,000 employees, she partnered with executives across the company to develop and implement strategic priorities that resulted in horizontal effectiveness, holistic customer service, and improved business and employee outcomes. 

Lauren is a strategic and results-driven leader and partner with a strong passion for people. She focuses on building connections that enable efficient organizations, meaningful experiences for customers, and cultures that thrive. Through her persuasive leadership style, she empowers and builds high-performing teams who drive transformation in pursuit of continuous improvement.

Lauren has an MBA from Indiana University Southeast, a bachelor’s degree in Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business, and a certification in project management from the Project Management Institute.  

Lauren enjoys serving the community through volunteerism and board service, and currently volunteers for Lifeline, Country Lake, and the American Red Cross on the Disaster Recovery team.
